Coldwell Banker Success Family of Companies Changes Name
December 07 , 2004 by EditorBob McCord CEO of the operating company for the Coldwell Banker Success Family of Companies announced today that CMLB, Ltd., the Arizona corporation under which ten regional brokerages and ancillary services operate, has changed its name to Success Financial Network. The business names and functions of the operating company’s divisions will be unchanged.
"I want our growing family of real estate brokerages and associated service companies to operate under a parent corporation whose name more closely reflects our operations," explained McCord.
McCord purchased the Coldwell Banker Success Realty brokerage from Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation in 1992. At that time, the company had 450 real estate agents, $450 million in sales and eight Arizona offices. Today, there are 13 separate subsidiaries within the Success Financial Network, with 50 office locations in Arizona and New Mexico and more than $5 billion in annual sales. The Network is the number-one independently owned and operated affiliate of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation worldwide.
