East Valley Living was founded in 2003 by longtime friends and business associates Kathleen Forden and Kathleen Gorden, and served the East Valley region of the greater Phoenix Arizona area by providing a business directory and community resources for local residents and businesses.

Within its first year, EVLiving evolved into a comprehensive platform that served its community by providing local municipality news and events.  In year two, EVLiving expanded its news to include features, health and real estate news of interest to the online community at large and began providing no-registration-required, free access to Arizona real estate for sale.

While Kathleen Forden is no longer an owner, EVLiving takes great pride in formally recognizing her vision, which helped bring EVLiving to where it is today.

Kathee Austin (formerly Gorden), continues ownership of EVLiving and runs its operations under the Gorden Ventures division of AZhttp, Inc.
