PUBLIC INPUT SOUGHT MAY 25 ON SCOTTSDALE ROAD STREETSCAPE

Community members are invited to attend a public meeting to provide input for a streetscape project being considered along Scottsdale Road.

The meeting will be held 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., May 25 in the Community Design Studio, 7506 E. Indian School Road, located on the northeast corner of Indian School Road.

This is the first phase of a project to establish Scottsdale Road as a "signature" street in the city. The first phase will concentrate on the southern portion of Scottsdale Road from McKellips to Osborn roads. The early concept includes enhancements for pedestrians, bicyclists and transit users. Input from the community will be used in developing design concepts for the project. At the end of the meeting, information will be provided about the next steps of the streetscape process.
