Ahwatukee Foothills is one of 12 villages designated by the City of Phoenix.
Bordered by I-10 on the east, Gila Indian Reservation on the west and south and South Mountain to the north. 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Ahwatukee has the feel of a separate city from Phoenix. It’s also been referred to a “The World’s Largest Cul de Sac”.
With a population of 90,000 within its 35.8 square mile borders, the majority of Ahwatukee residents are affluent, college educated and between the ages of 25-48 earning an average income of $67,000 annually.
