Arizona Legislative District 26

State Senate:
Pete Hershberger (R) is the current Representative in D-26 and is running for the Senate. He has been a friend of the technology industry supporting the majority of our agenda. He played a tremendous role in the passage of the R&D tax credit bill.
House of Representatives:
Donald Jorgensen (D) would support the tech agenda if elected. He is a proponent of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM), workforce development and clean energy.
Nancy Young Wright (D) is a current Representative in D-26. She supported R&D, e-learning and Science Foundation Arizona.

John Filmore (R) is a small business owner and believes we need to invest more in economic development so that we have a robust economy. He believes in tax incentives and that education is the key to workforce development.
Barbara McGuire (D) is a current Representative in D-23. She is a supporter of the technology industry by voting for R&D, e-learning, Science Foundation Arizona and the job training program.
Krista Pacion (D) is in the technology industry as a tech analyst for Go Daddy. She believes education is a way out of poverty, and a way to attract business to Arizona. She believes in tax incentives and would support our agenda.

State Senate:
Thayer Verschoor (R) is the current sitting Senator in D-22. As Majority Leader he was helpful in managing the Council’s initiatives through the process. He scored an “A” on our report card.
House of Representatives:
Andy Biggs (R) is a current Representative in D-22. He has been supportive of R&D, e-learning, Science Foundation Arizona and the property tax repeal.
