8-10 slices of bread (crusts removed)
1 lb. Cooked sausage, bacon, ham or hamburger
10 oz. Grated cheese
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Dry mustard powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease a 9×13 pan, line with bread slices.  Sprinkle with cooked meat.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper.  Pour over cooked meat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.

*Refrigerate Overnight.
*Next morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until set) I serve
with a bowl of cold cut up fruit and biscuits or rolls that are
wrapped in foil and also heated.

The APS Electric Light Parade returns to the streets of central Phoenix Dec. 6 for its 22nd straight year. The 2008 parade, themed Preserving a Family Holiday Tradition, kicks off at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 6 on Central Avenue just south of Bethany Home Road. The parade is a rain or shine event. Comprehensive parade information is available online in the APS Electric Light Parade link at phoenix.gov/parks. General information is available by phone at 602-534-FEST.
