Obama mortgage plan needs work

CNN Money reports that just about everyone is unhappy with the loan modification refinancing plan as it currently stands.
Many borrowers are not getting help under president’s modification or refinancing plan. Officials don’t expect problems to be fixed until the fall.

The program is beset with problems, say borrowers, housing counselors and even the president himself.
The Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force has been hard at work producing a Homeowner Guide to preventing foreclosure and the Arizona Foreclosure hotline has been busy with calls from homeowners trying to modify their home loans.
