Bacon and Swiss Waffles
2 cups Original Bisquick mix
1-1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
1. Heat waffle iron; grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil or shortening.
2. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Stir in cheese and bacon. Pour onto center of a hot waffle iron. Close lid of waffle iron.
3. Bake until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove waffle.
Makes 10 squares (4 inches each).
