Museum Hosts Turrell Skyspace Sunrise Viewing June 20

Residents are invited to mark the change of seasons June 20 with a rare sunrise viewing inside the awareness-enhancing Turrell Skyspace at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art.

Doors open at 4:45 a.m. for this free event. Sunrise takes place at 5:19 a.m. Due to limited seating, reservations are required.
The Skyspace is a viewing chamber that engenders an amazing sense of Zen-like quietude and focus-and is especially meant to be seen during the sky’s moments of dramatic flux – at sunrise and sunset.
