Apricot Bread
1 lb loaf 1 1/2 lb loaf
yeast 2 t. — 3 t.
dry milk 1 T. – 2 T.
bread flour 2 c. — 3 c.
salt 1 t. — 1 1/2 t.
butter 1 T. — 2 T.
apricot jam 3 T. — 1/4 c.
dried apricots, chopped 1/2 c. 3/4 c.
water 3/4 c. 1 1/4 c.
Use light crust setting. Delayed timer mode okay. From Electric Bread.
**I added 3 T. sugar to my 1 1/2 lb loaf when I was dumping in the
ingredients. My kids like a sweeter bread for their breakfast.
I made the 1 1/2# one and it ran over the top of the bread pan. I did
add the extra sugar.
