Mesa Encourages Use of Online Services
May 6, 2009 · Published By Admin
For Mesa residents and businesses, many online services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week at www.mesaaz.gov.
“This is part of our ongoing effort to use technology to streamline our interaction with residents and businesses, and to provide services even when offices are not open,” City Manager Chris Brady said.
Online services include:
• Building permit and code compliance case tracking
• eCourt
• Engineering construction contractor registration
• Forms and applications
• Job applications
• Utility bill payment and account information with “My Utility Account”
• Program/class registration
• Address search
• Savings calculator – find out how much you are saving if you perform business online as opposed to visiting city offices.
There are numerous advantages to using online services provided by the City of Mesa. Among them:
• Convenient. It allows you to pay your bills and make transactions from home anytime during the day and the week.
• Fast. Over the Internet, you can make transactions that are
typically executed at a much faster pace than in person, which includes drive time and waiting in line.
• Efficient. The main advantage to online services is that companies and residents are always able to conduct business with the City outside of normal business hours (7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday).
In addition to obtaining City of Mesa services online, utility accounts can be checked or bills can be paid via phone at (480) 644-2221, or toll free 1-866-406-9659.
