Swiss Bliss
8 – skinless — boneless chicken breasts
3/4 – pound Swiss cheese — sliced
1 – can cream of celery soup
1/4 – cup sherry
1 1/2 – cups dry stuffing mix
3 – tbl butter — melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in greased 9×13 inch
baking dish. Place cheese slices over chicken. Mix soup and sherry
together; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle
with melted butter. Bake for 1 hour, or until chicken is done.
Serves 6.
