HIV CARE Hotline is a new program managed by Community Information & Referral providing a toll-free 24-hour AIDS Hotline resource line for HIV/AIDS patients and their families, which will connect them directly to the organization that can best meet their needs. The health and human services hotline related HIV/AIDS Hotline number is 1-877-HIV-7020 and this hotline operates as an HIV 211 infoline and targets people who have been diagnosed HIV positive and are currently not receiving care. HIV CARE Hotline offers a single point of entry to services in Maricopa County and Pinal County.

Nearly half of the estimated 8,000 people diagnosed as HIV positive in the Phoenix area are not receiving care, according to Ryan White Title 1 Director, Kevin McNeal. Being diagnosed with HIV can be a scary experience, but the HIV CARE Hotline is here to help! HIV CARE is a 24 hour informationhotline for people with HIV/AIDS who need medical care. People can also get help with food, dental, counseling, social services and treatment. Services are available in English and Spanish and no insurance is required.
Funding for this program is provided through a grant from the Federal Department of Health and Human
Services, HIV/AIDS Bureau and the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency (CARE) Act.
