Breakfast Egg Dish
8-10 slices of bread (crusts removed)
1 lb. Cooked sausage, bacon, ham or hamburger
10 oz. Grated cheese
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. Dry mustard powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Grease a 9×13 pan, line with bread slices. Sprinkle with cooked meat.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper. Pour over cooked meat.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
*Refrigerate Overnight.
*Next morning bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until set) I serve
with a bowl of cold cut up fruit and biscuits or rolls that are
wrapped in foil and also heated.
