ST. PAUL – John McCain has served notice to the “do-nothing, me-first” Washington crowd that the maverick is back, that he intends on riding into the White House in November and that he’s bringing change along with him.
Change and Sarah Palin.”I’m very proud to have introduced our next vice president to the country,” McCain said during his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention on Sept. 4. “But I can’t wait until I introduce her to Washington.
“And let me offer an advance warning to the old, big-spending, do-nothing, me-first, country-second Washington crowd: Change is coming.”
