SCOTTSDALE, AZ  – Visiquest, a real estate investment and development company, has launched a new sister company to develop rooftop solar solutions for commercial buildings featuring Uni-Solar^® thin film laminates.

Visiquest Solar Development selected Uni-Solar’s triple junction patented technology because it is especially well suited for Arizona’s flat roofs, abundant sunshine and high heat.  The lightweight flexible laminates adhere directly to roofing surfaces thereby eliminating troublesome roof penetrations, ugly racks and structural weight issues.
