Alchemy Restaurant and Wine Bar at CopperWynd Presents all New Lunch Dining
Scottsdale/Fountain Hills, AZ - Alchemy Restaurant and Wine Bar has set the pace for a successful dinner crowd and is now ready to open for lunch beginning February 23, 2010. Just in time for a sunny spot on the terrace overlooking Four Peaks, the new lunch menu brings the lighter side to the midday ritual.
Delicious chef crafted salads like his signature BLT Chop Salad to a hearty Angus Burger or Pastrami on Rye. On the lighter side there is a the Avocado Tomato Bacon and Tuna Stack on Warm Pita and Pizettes that make your mouth water! Hand crafted thin crust Pizza dough piled high with Prosciutto and Roasted Peppers and Grilled Onions or a BBQ Chicken with Monterey Jack Cheese and Pepperocini. Whatever choice you make bring your friends to share the experience on top of the mountain. Lunch will be served Tuesday – Saturday, Noon until 2:00 p.m.
Chef Paul O’Connor brings his vision of neighborhood dining to Alchemy offering spectacular views wrapped with a winding terrace that encompasses the all new Wine Bar. Comfy couches, seating around the huge fireplace both indoor and out along with plentiful view seating and great music will fill the Wine Bar. The all new Alchemy 360 Wine Bar sets itself apart serving small plates; ‘Seven before Seven For Seven’ for those who want to gather, gaze at the views and share with friends and neighbors. Guests can choose from seven wines plus seven plates all before 7 p.m. for $7 each. Wines and hand crafted cocktails will be the focus of the Wine Bar whose hours will be 5 p.m. to close. Tuesday through Saturday.
Alchemy Restaurant just next to the Wine Bar serves dinner from 5 p.m. to close Alchemy, with its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors opens up not only to the views but as a gathering place. All chef hand crafted dishes entice every appetite with ‘Inspired American Dining’.
According to O’Connor, “My vision for Alchemy is one of a cozy gathering place for friendship and making new friends paired with chef crafted dishes from fresh and local ingredients as well as seasonal specialties. It’s a place where friends can come not only to share an experience but share in a plate.”
O’Connor’s passion for food began at twelve years of age with his French grandmother. According to O’Connor, “I hope to make her proud as I continue to call upon her early teachings and memories and prepare delectable meals that will become the memories of a great meal, great friends and a place where guests will return again and again. My training has taken me all over the world but the top of the mountain overlooking Fountain Hills is where my next journey begins.”
Alchemy’s hours Tuesday – Saturday for lunch Noon – 2:00 p.m., Dinner: 5 p.m. to close, Alchemy Wine Bar: Tuesday – Saturday, 5 p.m. to close.
