Winter Reading Program Kicks Off Jan. 11 at Phoenix Libraries

Phoenix Public Library Kicks Off Family Winter Reading Program Jan. 11
Phoenix, AZ – Phoenix Public Library’s annual family winter reading program, “Catch BookBreath @ your Phoenix Public Library,” kicks off Jan. 11 and runs through March 13 at all library locations.
Children and teens, up to 18 years old, are eligible to participate in the program and earn prizes by reading, or listening to, books. The program is designed to encourage families to read together.
Families are invited to attend a free kick-off program with children’s comedian and sound impressionist, “The Noiseguy,” from 2 – 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16, at Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave.
“Catch BookBreath @ your Phoenix Public Library” is supported by the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
