Blue 32 Sports Grill to Join Artesia’s Retail Line up this Spring

Artesia’s ideal location continues to bring new life to Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. –  Starpointe Communities, developer of the luxury, mixed-use community of Artesia, is pleased to announce that Blue 32 Sports Grill will be joining the Artesia retail line up.   

Opening in Spring 2010, Blue 32 will be located on the south end of Artesia’s retail spaces located on Scottsdale Road, just north of Indian Bend, and will offer a contemporary, sports bar atmosphere. The 6,500 square-foot sports grill will feature more than 25 flat screen, high-definition TV’s and tableside sound controls. Blue 32 is set to become the new destination sports bar in the central Scottsdale area.

Blue 32’s menu features a vast array of made-from-scratch appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Certified Angus beef burgers are ground fresh daily and a large selection of draft and bottled beer, martinis, and specialty cocktails are available, including weekday happy hour specials.

In addition to the 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, Artesia is currently selling one, two and three-bedroom condos with prices starting in the mid-$200’s. In early 2009, Artesia sold out of the 3,000 square feet Brownstone homes, and has since sold out three of the nine condo floor plans. Artesia’s coveted location combined with the tranquil, resort-style amenities has catapulted the community into one of the top-selling projects in the local market.
