Holiday Shopping Extravaganza to Support the Michael Trey Lane Medical Fund

MESA, Arizona – It was announced today that the Holiday Shopping Extravaganza will be held on December 5th indoors at Crismon Elementary School in Mesa.  A raffle will be held at the event to benefit the Michael Trey Lane Medical Fund.  The Holiday Shopping Extravaganza will include over 40 vendors, allowing visitors to find a variety of unique gifts.

“We think everyone – especially Moms – can benefit from a one-stop shop,” said Kelli Ems.  “Visitors will enjoy a fabulous day while supporting local vendors and an excellent cause – the Michael Trey Lane Medical Fund.”

Michael Trey Lane is a 4 year old little boy who lives in Chandler, Arizona.  He has been diagnosed with MPS IV-A.  Although there is no cure or treatment for his disorder, he has been told that an infusion therapy is being tested and is in Phase I and II of clinical trials.  Although going through weekly infusions for 43 weeks was a lot to endure for Michael Trey and his family, they are hopeful that someday soon treatment will be available!

Admission to the Holiday Shopping Extravaganza is FREE and the hours are 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  Crismon Elementary is located at 825 W. Medina, Mesa, Arizona.  The first 100 visitors will receive a free goodie bag.
