Classic Residence at Silverstone Signs Agreement with National Bank of Arizona

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz – Classic Residence at Silverstone, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) currently under development, today announced it has signed a lease agreement with National Bank of Arizona. Subject to federal regulatory approval, the bank will operate a branch and offer other financial services in the senior living community when it opens in early 2010.

Classic Residence at Silverstone, the second senior living community from the award-winning partnership between Classic Residence by Hyatt and Plaza Companies, is committed to creating alliances with venerable Scottsdale-area businesses and organizations, like National Bank of Arizona, in order to provide its residents with an array of services, amenities and programming. The branch bank in the senior living community will provide residents with easy access to transactional banking, vault and safe deposit boxes, and other financial services.
