PHOENIX: Free Health Talk on Strokes

Did you know that stroke is the third leading cause of death in the U.S., the No. 1 cause of adult disability and a medical emergency that has new effective treatment options for those who act quickly?

Join Dr. Jeremy Payne, medical director of the Banner Good Samaritan Stroke Center, for a stroke talk on Wednesday, August 5, from noon to 1 p.m. as he discusses risk factors and symptoms, explains the latest findings in this area and talks about the newest treatment available.

The lecture will be held in the Sandstone Conference Room at Banner Good Samaritan, located at 1111 East McDowell Road, in Phoenix. This presentation is free for community members.
