Foreclosure Workbook Available

The Arizona Foreclosure Prevention Task Force has been working on an Arizona Foreclosure Information Workbook based on the Pima County Foreclosure Prevention Coalition Foreclosure Prevention Workbook. The Workbook has been adapted for use Statewide throughout Arizona and is available for download now.

Arizona Foreclosure Information Workbook

The workbook is a tool to help homeowners to understand the foreclosure process and to work towards mitigating the number of foreclosures and the impact of those foreclosures on our neighborhoods.  The statewide Arizona Foreclosure Prevention hotline run by Community Information & Referral is staffed 24 hours 7 days per week and you can be connected to a HUD Certified foreclosure counselor by calling 1-877-448-1211 .

The Arizona Foreclosure Task Force was created to reduce residential foreclosures in Arizona and the impact of foreclosure on families and communities. Helping Reduce and Prevent Residential Foreclosures for Communities and Families.
