		<description>Great post!  I think the TrekDesk is an excellent idea that is long overdo.  Our society certainly needs to become more aware of the negative impact such a sedentary lifestyle has on our overall health and longevity.....and start taking action to reverse this trend.  Parking farther away, opting for stairs in place of elevators, walking on lunch breaks, etc are other techniques that can make a huge difference in the long run.
