Velocity Sports Performance Hosts Open House on April 27

Mark your calendars and reserve an hour to spend at Velocity Sports Performance – Scottsdale on April 27th, at 7p.m.  The center’s director, Joe Marsit, will present on developing the athlete for success with a focus on total athlete development, sports supplements, steroids and nutrition. The lecture will be free-of-charge and is in an informal setting so plenty of questions can be asked and answered.

Joe received his Masters’ degree in Physiology from Appalachian State University.  He was involved in several research projects involving major supplement manufacturers and has presented on both the national and international level on sports supplements and steroids.  This lecture will be very informative and necessary in a time when athletes and parents are being bombarded with information, some factual and some just plain lies regarding the best choices to make gains for sports.

The Velocity Sports Performance facility is located at 9171 E. Bell Road. (1 mile north of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, just north of Westworld)

The presentation will also address the key needs and phases of development of an athlete so parents can gain a better understanding of how to match what they see from their child with what is possible.  The topics will be presented to be informative for adults and educational for children, so everyone can attend.

Please email jmarsit@velocitysp.com to RSVP for this presentation so appropriate seating arrangements can be made.  This event is open to Velocity clients and all others, so tell your friends if they may be interested.
