CHW Foundation – East Valley and Leave A Legacy® Arizona Partner to Offer a Free Workshop on Creating a Will
Six out of every ten people will die without a will, and even if you are not wealthy, creating one can help alleviate your family’s burden of sorting out legal matters after your death.
To address this issue, CHW Foundation – East Valley, in collaboration with Leave a Legacy® Arizona, is offering a free workshop to members of the community on the importance of creating a will.
Participants will be provided with a complimentary will preparation workbook that includes topics such as reducing taxes, appointing a guardian, expressing specific requests, and state laws of descent and distribution.
The workshop is free and offered at the following locations:
- Thursday, March 19, 2009, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Chandler Regional Medical Center
475 South Dobson Road, Chandler
Lower Level Conference Rooms 1 & 2 - Thursday, March 26, 2009, from 1 to 3 p.m.
Mercy Gilbert Medical Center
Medical Office Building (east of the Emergency Room entrance)
3420 South Mercy Road, Gilbert
Third Floor, McAuley Auditorium B
