Phoenix Public Library Hosts Digital Bookmobile

Phoenix Public Library will host the OverDrive Digital Bookmobile, a high-tech update of the traditional bookmobile, at two locations:
–Burton Barr Central Library, 1221 N. Central Ave., 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday, March 9.
–Palo Verde Library, 4402 N. 51st Ave., 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 10.
Visitors can explore the library’s digital media collection and learn how to download their favorite audio books, eBooks, music and videos. Visitors can also bring their own iPods, MP3 players and PDAs to learn how to download to these devices. The digital media collection can be accessed from your home computer and it’s free with your Phoenix Public Library card.
OverDrive is a digital media service that helps the library manage its digital collection.
