Pro-Vigil Expands Construction Surveillance Services Westward

February 24, 2009 · Published By Editor

SAN ANTONIO, TX. – Pro-Vigil, Inc. announces the Western Expansion of its live jobsite surveillance monitoring service from Texas into Arizona, Nevada and Oklahoma.

“We’ve proven and perfected our construction site video surveillance service to deliver the crime stopping power of live onsite guards at a small fraction of a guard’s cost,” said Jeremy White, CEO of Pro-Vigil Inc.

“Our research indicated price bloat for construction security in the Western US. Rampant overcharging for ineffective security along with recession-driven crime rates indicates a phenomenal opportunity for Pro-Vigil’s live jobsite monitoring to better serve this region’s construction security needs at a drastically lower cost,” said White.

Pro-Vigil continues to see record growth in its security business – despite the profound economic impact of the recession on the construction industry. This growth positioned the company with ready capital for their large scale expansion.

Western Expansion Doubling Pro-Vigil’s Size
To effectively meet the demand for construction security in Arizona, Nevada and Oklahoma, Pro-Vigil has doubled in size. This includes doubling the numbers of sales and technical staff, VGS Cube Surveillance Units, and the technology infrastructure that enables the surveillance team to stop jobsite crime 24/7.

“Delivering our superior construction site loss prevention at a reduced cost gave us the momentum and capital to double in size,” said Ben Molloy, Pro-Vigil’s Chief of Security Training. “I’m confident in my now larger surveillance team. They’re eager – and highly trained – to catch jobsite thieves in action and send them packing with strobe lights and alarm sirens.”

“The need for our construction security services is high in those three states,” said White, “and right now serving this region requires us to double in size. We’re prepared to go as big as the demand dictates.”

How Pro-Vigil’s VGS Cubes Stop Crime Before It Starts
Live monitors watch construction sites in real time through surveillance cameras mounted on the top of the Virtual Guard Station “Security Cube”. When intruders enter a construction site the monitors trigger alarm sirens, strobe lights and prerecorded shouts of warning. They follow this up with a call to the police if necessary.

Pro-Vigil’s VGS Cube stops crime before it starts, at a monthly cost far below that of a security guard.

Pro-Vigil’s Solar Powered Security Solutions
Pro-Vigil also offers a solar-powered live video surveillance unit called the VGS Scarecrow. The Scarecrow functions as a stand-alone, self contained video surveillance unit. It also serves to extend surveillance coverage in combination with the VGS Cube. It requires no outside power for operation, making it an excellent solution for those seeking greener and/or more mobile options in video surveillance.
