WAKA Kickball: Winter 2009 Phoenix Divisions

That same kickball game we all remember from elementary school is back with a vengeance – this time for adults. Follow the big red ball in Arizona as registration is now open for the winter seasons in Phoenix.

WAKA Kickball’s® popularity is at an all-time high and is proud to announce open registration for five winter divisions in the Phoenix area.

Registration for co-ed adult kickball divisions is now open for individuals, small groups and full teams at kickball.com. Fees include team shirts, equipment, season social events, division bar discounts, and more VIP perks. So sign up now and don’t miss your chance to enjoy the New American Pastime(TM)!

The information for the five divisions is as follows:

AZ Fire Division – Play on Thursday evenings, starting January 15th at Papago Park Ball Field, East Curry Road and North College Avenue in Tempe. The cost for the season is $65 per player and will last at least 8 weeks. For more information, contact azfire1@kickball.com.

AZ Scorch Division – Play on Tuesday evenings, starting January 13th at Papago Park Ball Field, East Curry Road and North College Avenue in Tempe. The cost for the season is $65 per player and will last at least 8 weeks. A free pickup game will take place on January 6th at Papago Park Field. AZ Sunrise Division – Play on Thursday evenings, starting January 29th at the Jewish Community Center, 12710 Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale. The cost for the season is $65 per player and will last at least 8 weeks. A free pickup game will take place on January 22nd at the Jewish Community Center. AZ Valley Division – Play on Thursday evenings, starting January 22nd at Pierce Park, 2150 North 46th Street in Phoenix. The cost for the season is $65 per player and will last at least 8 weeks. AZ Victory Division – Play on Monday evenings, starting January 26th at Victory Lane Sports Park, 22603 43rd Avenue in Glendale. The cost for the season is $69 per player and will last at least 8 weeks. A free pickup game will take place on January 29th at Victory Lane Sports Park.
