Help fill a care package for a troop overseas

Scottsdale Pavilions will host Packages from Home this holiday season on the upcoming Saturday, Dec. 27, in an effort to help Packages from Home fulfill their mission of sending care and comfort packages to deployed American military heroes stationed in active duty theaters around the world, as well as facilitate activities to elevate the morale and welfare of veterans.
Packages from Home will be at the Scottsdale Pavilions Car Show from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday Dec. 27 collecting approved items for the troops’ care packages as well as monetary donations. These items include everything from food items like energy bars, canned foods and peanut butter to personal care items like toothpaste, clothing and facial cleanser to softballs and laptop computers for entertainment.
