December 4, 2008 · Published By Editor
The busiest time of the year is upon us with holiday celebrations, business year-end wrap-ups and student’s final exams in full swing. NextCare Urgent Care wants to help the community accomplish everything on their to-do lists this winter by providing FREE preventative flu shot vaccines Saturday, December 13 to the first 25 guests at each clinic.
In addition, each center will be accepting toy donations to benefit local children in need and allow even more families to enjoy this wonderful season. Families, local businesspeople, college students and others are encouraged to visit www.nextcare.com to find the site nearest them to receive their free flu shot and help a neighbor in need through a new or gently used toy donation.
Each year, more than 200,000 people are hospitalized as a result of the flu, a respiratory infection caused by viruses. The best protection against the influenza virus is a flu shot. As one of the nation’s leading solutions for families and individuals in need of timely health care, NextCare offers flu shots in a comfortable and convenient environment.
COST: Donation of one toy from the first 25 patients to on of the 13 NextCare Urgent Care locations in the Valley.
WHEN: Saturday, December 13, 2008 – 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Visit www.nextcare.com for one of the 13 Valley locations close to you.
