December 1, 2008 · Published By Editor

Scottsdale’s famed ArtWalk invites patrons to indulge (literally!) every Sunday thru March

Fine artists, awesome galleries, great people watching – and complimentary mimosas! It’s the new thing at Scottsdale ArtWalk® on Sunday afternoons thru March. The public is invited to “ArtWalk the Line” the length and breadth of the Scottsdale Arts District to seek out special “Mimosa Sundays” happenings featuring champagne mimosas, delicious cheeses, and other special treats.

Mimosa-friendly galleries include several of Scottsdale’s finest, led by a fun bunch of great gallery owners along Main Street who came up with this fun, new ArtWalk concept, and sponsored in part by Malee’s on Main. Among participating galleries “serving” the public will be May Gallery, Wilde Meyer Gallery, River Trading Co., John Yaeger Gallery, Victoria Boyce Gallery, Duley Jones Gallery, Scottsdale Fine Art, Legacy Gallery, LeKAE Gallery, Andrea Gallery, Leslie Levy Gallery, Simic Gallery, Rive Gauche Gallery and Gebert Contemporary. Joining them are Occasions by Design on Marshall Way and Artspace on 6th Avenue. Look for the “Gallery Open” flags.

WHEN:  Sundays, noon to 4pm, thru March 2009

WHERE:  Along Main Street in downtown Scottsdale, Arizona. The Scottsdale Arts District is located just west of famed Scottsdale Road, both north and south of Indian School Road along Main Street, Marshall Way, Stetson and Sixth Avenue.
