As shoppers prep for Thanksgiving on a budget, Goodwill offers savings on unique decorating
PHOENIX – Decorating for Thanksgiving dinner is a time-honored tradition for many households. This year, with more shoppers attempting to entertain on a budget, Goodwill is offering a centralized shopping experience for chic, unique tabletop accessories.
“You can find exceptional value at our stores,” said Jackie Halleen, Vice President of Retail Operations for Goodwill of Central Arizona. “It pays to get a little creative with our eclectic selection of table accessories and household goods.”
An entire kitchen table for four can be creatively decorated for under $50. Rather than spend tons of money at a department store on flatware, simply head to one of Goodwill’s 39 store locations throughout central Arizona. Mix and match plates, tablecloths and festive decorations for a creative table sure to impress guests.
Receive 50 percent off all items every other Saturday at all Goodwill of Central Arizona locations. These Sale Saturdays occur this month on Nov. 15 and 29. Donate to Goodwill and receive another 20 percent off your purchase of $10 or more.
Celebrating 60 years in the Valley, Goodwill of Central Arizona is one of the oldest and largest nonprofit agencies in Arizona. Our commitment is to “Put People to Work” throughout Arizona by providing job skills training, education and career services to those with vocational disadvantages that can include physical and emotional barriers, welfare dependency, illiteracy and age.
