State Society of Arizona 2009 Inaugural Ball

November 12, 2008 · Published By Editor

WASHINGTON - The State Society of Arizona is pleased to announce that less than 250 tickets remain for its 2009 State Society of Arizona Inaugural Ball. This will be the second gala celebrating our nation’s Presidential Inauguration hosted by the State Society; the first one held in 2005 at the National Museum of the American Indian was a smashing success, and the 2009 version is guaranteed to be one of the must-attend events on Inauguration night.

The 2009 Ball will be held at the majestic Carnegie Library, home of the Historical Society of Washington, D.C., in the heart of our nation’s capital. The majestic 1902 Beaux-Arts structure is located near the city’s hotel district and is conveniently accessed by public transportation from points across the metropolitan area.

For the low price of $175, guests will be treated to an evening of dancing, libations and heavy hors d’oeuvres in a fabulous setting, as they mingle with friends and citizens of the great state of Arizona, and fellow Americans from across the country who have journeyed to Washington to celebrate this historic transition of power. Also included in the price is a year’s membership in the State Society of Arizona, a non-profit and non-partisan organization that encourages and promotes fellowship, charity and camaraderie among Arizonans in the National Capital Area through the various professional, networking and social events it sponsors throughout the year.

Time: 8:00 p.m.- Midnight
