Sun Villa Resort Community Grand Opening

Mayor Scott Smith and Councilmember Scott Somers have announced their participation in the Grand Opening ceremonies at the Sun Villa Resort Community in Mesa, AZ. The event is scheduled for November 5, 2008 at 9am, and continues until noon. Sun Villa is located within the Fountain of the Sun Golf Resort, 650 S. 80th Street, in Mesa. Tours of the community and a range of apartment homes will be available to the public at that time, and refreshments will be served.

Formerly a vacation-only destination, Sun Villa Resort Community is now a year-round home to residents desiring all the amenities of the Fountain of the Sun Golf Resort, but without the responsibilities and challenges associated with home ownership.
