Scottsdale, AZ – Dr. Craig Zimmerman is well known through the valley for waging a high-tech war against patients’ chronic pain with his unique “Six-Week Pain Relief Challenge” at his Scottsdale-based office. Now the doctor will battle a new kind of pain for children at the East Valley Child Crisis Center: child abuse and neglect.
Dr. Zimmerman is teaming up with Valley Firefighters Charities, to sponsor a Free Holiday Party and Charity Toy Drive to benefit needy children at the Child Crisis Center, whose shelter and programs have aided over 11,800 children across Arizona.
The festivities will begin on December 10th at 12:00 pm. Partygoers can expect free food and drinks, giveaways, an authentic red fire engine, and a visit from old St. Nick himself! The festivities will “wrap up” the final day to donate new, unwrapped toys for children at the Child Crisis Center. The party is open to the public, so feel free to bring your family down for a fantastic opportunity to catch the Christmas spirit and help those little ones in need.
You can drop off your new, unwrapped toys at the Horizon Spine Center, located at 8550 E Shea Blvd, Suite 110 in Scottsdale. While there, you can also sign up for one of the FREE Pain Relief Workshops that are to be held at the center on October 15th, November 12th, or December 10th. Workshops go from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and are designed to provide hope and education for those suffering from chronic pain, as well as their friends and families.
Dr. Zimmerman has a heart for healing and helping Arizona residents of all ages – both young and old, “I love all kids of all ages. I am a proud father of three school-aged children and I truly have a passion to help kids in need. I believe that by helping kids in our community we are able to give them change that could lead them to a happier life into adulthood.”
Dr. Zimmerman hopes the event will provide very Happy Holidays for those children in need. “I invite Valley residents to join me in this charity toy drive to help create a happier, brighter, and more blessed holiday season for the kids at the Child Crisis Center.”
