Opening a business?  Don’t go it alone!  Anyone starting or running a small business can learn about helpful free community resources at the “Jumpstart Your Business: Free Small Business Resources” program, to be held on Tuesday October 14, 6:30-8:30pm at the Main Library, 64 E. First Street, Mesa, AZ.

The free program will feature presentations and information from many local resources, including the Arizona Department of Commerce, US Small Business Administration (SBA), SCORE – Counselors to America’s Small Business, Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation (NEDCO), Mesa’s Office of Economic Development, Mesa Tax and Audit Collections Office, and the City of Mesa Library.

See what they can do for you! Following the presentations, participants can meet one-on-one with representatives and learn how to use the library’s business databases for business and marketing research.

It’s a program designed to help local business start-ups and those running or expanding become more successful.
