Saucy Pork Chops Recipe
6 pork chops
1 medium onion,thinly sliced
1 10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup catsup
2-3 tsps. Worcestershire sauce.
In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount hot fat. Season with salt and pepper. Top Chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chops.
Cover, simmer 45-60 minutes, or till done.
