September is the beginning of the event planning season and for those facing budget cuts, low employee moral and reduced advertising dollars, Groove Heads Entertainment, LLC provides a fun solution that takes event entertainment to a new level using chroma key technology and creative marketing.

Be it a product launch, banquet dinner, tradeshow, networking event, fundraiser or social event, companies are using Groove Heads Entertainment to transforms guest into hilarious on-the-spot music video stars that everyone sees and participants take home.

The long term benefit of letting guest get their Groove Head on, is the souvenir DVDs that participants receive as soon as their show ends. We custom print our client’s logo or promotional message on each DVD. We have found guest keep these videos and show a lot a people. Every time they do, they help our clients get their message out.  A very groovy long term marketing tool!” shared Groove Heads, Headgroover and CEO, Dee Ann Deaton.

Lack a singing voice or dancing shoes? No problem, Groove Heads uses green screen technology, the original artist music and professional dancers’ bodies to cover the talent. Participants don’t have to sing or dance for their 90 seconds of fame, just pick a song, put on a fun hat and some wild sunglasses (groove heads provides), sit in front of a green curtain, let a groovy hosts drape a green apron over their body and guest are transformed into a hysterical singing dancing sensations that everyone sees.

As participants perform, other guests see the final video on large plasma TV screens. At many venues Groove Heads can broadcast shows throughout, using the facility internal TV monitors or video projection screens. Recently, Kiss FM used Groove Heads to promote their booth at the Mary J Bligh and Jay Z concert at US Airway Arena using a huge JumboTron screen. For a YMCA benefit last year, Groove Heads made guest stars on the big screen at Harkins Theaters in Paradise Valley.

According to Deaton, Groove Heads isn’t just for branding or entertainment, companies have gotten very creative with their videos. A few months ago Deaton shared that they where at a tradeshow in Las Vegas helping a client stop- traffic at their booth by making folks stars and a HR Resource Manager came up to her and said he had made a video at one of their previous events and used it as a ice-breaker for his sexual harassment training classes.

On September 9, 2008 Groove Heads will be making members and guests of the Greater Phoenix Convention and Visitors Bureau and Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce mixer free music video stars from 5:00pm- 7:pm at the Venue of Scottsdale located at 7117 E 3rd Ave in Old Town Scottsdale.
