Credit Union recognized for building loyalty and feedback with employees

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Desert Schools Federal Credit Union has received the 2008 Employee Feedback Award from Allegiance, Inc. The Allegiance Engagement Awards are given to organizations that have demonstrated high employee engagement based on surveys and feedback collected through the Allegiance Engage platform in 2007.

Companies with high engagement scores use employee and customer feedback to improve their organizations.

Allegiance presented the award to Desert Schools at the second annual Allegiance Engage Summit last May. Awards were given for the top scores in four areas: customer engagement, employee engagement, customer feedback and employee feedback.

Scoring for the Feedback Awards is based on Allegiance Voice, an always-on listening system used to collect, manage and respond to feedback from all points of contact.
