Phoenix Children’s Hospital East Valley Urgent Care Offers $25 Physicals

Back-to-school physicals now offered evenings and weekends – ideal for working families
Phoenix, Ariz. – Many East Valley school districts require students to get examinations for athletics, camp programs, and before going back to school. Phoenix Children’s Specialty and Urgent Care Center – East Valley now offers these examinations for children for $25. The physicals are offered daily during urgent care hours from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and from noon to 11 p.m. on weekends. No appointment is necessary as walk-ins are welcome. Forms of payment accepted include cash, check, or credit card as funds are not applied to insurance. Parents are reminded to bring all documents and forms required by the school or institution.
Phoenix Children’s Specialty and Urgent Care Center – East Valley is a $5.2 million Center located on the southwest corner of Southern Avenue and Higley Road in Mesa. The facility offers access to Phoenix Children’s pediatric specialists on weekdays and provides advanced urgent care services from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily, and from noon to 11 p.m. on weekends.
