Phoenix Sister Cities is Accepting Fall Internship Applications

Phoenix Sister Cities is currently accepting internship applications from college students interested in working in the following areas: nonprofit agencies, event planning, international business, communications, cultural diversity, Economics, youth exchange programs, art, tourism, government and Public Relations. Applications are available online at phoenixsistercities.org and are due by Friday, Aug. 15, for the Fall 2008 semester.
Interviews will be held during the week of Aug. 18 and a mandatory internship orientation is on Aug. 28 before the internships begin on Sept. 2.
The city of Phoenix, the fifth largest city in the United States, is increasing its global presence through Phoenix Sister Cities and other programs. The Phoenix Sister City program has enhanced Phoenix’s international image through numerous exchange programs and events developed coordinated by Phoenix Sister Cities staff and its commission members.
