Bison Homes Unveils Fractional Ownership

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona – Bison Homes, the premier builder of resort lifestyle communities in Northeastern Arizona, announces the unveiling of its fractional real estate ownership program. Named the White Mountains Vacation Club, the program is set to debut this Friday July 4th at the builder’s various high country sales offices.
The White Mountains Vacation Club (WMVC) will offer deeded ownership of 1/8th fractional shares in select resort homes located within existing Bison Homes’ communities in the mountain towns of Payson, Heber-Overgaard and Show Low. It will feature a variety of housing options ranging from cozy condominium at Bison Cove in Payson, to stylish suite and rustic cabin at Bison Ranch in Heber-Overgaard, to upscale golf villa at Torreon in Show Low.
A primary benefit to WMVC members will be the opportunity to reserve stays in any available Club property, not just the specific unit the member purchased. In addition, all WMVC homes will be fully furnished with such customary drudgery as maintenance and housekeeping left for the Club to handle. And the fixed rotating holiday schedule will allow Club members to plan family getaways well in advance.
The Club will offer a variety of first class amenities including the Bison Golf & Country Club and the Bison Activity Center in Show Low. Both will be available to Club members no matter which WMVC location the member is visiting. The same can be said for the Retreat Lodge at Bison Ranch in Heber-Overgaard with its fitness room, library, game room and more. Club members staying at the WMVC’s golf villa at the Torreon Golf Club in Show Low, will have access to golf and the Family Center.
Gary Martinson, owner of Bison Homes, considers the WMVC a perfect opportunity for more people to experience the beauty and relaxed lifestyle of Northeastern Arizona without the financial burden and hassles associated with whole ownership. “The White Mountains Vacation Club allows us to reach a wider market by providing an affordable, flexible and maintenance-free getaway that fits with today’s busy lifestyles,” states Martinson. “So many people would love to have their own mountain retreat in the pines, but factors such as cost, time and upkeep stand in the way. Our fractional ownership program removes these obstacles while delivering the ideal vacation.”
