		<description>This is a cheap political con job.  The offshore sites kept off-limits by Congress constitute less than one fifth of the potential oil reserves of the US.   Congress should demand that the oil companies drill on the vast areas that they already have rights to before selling off sensitive offshore areas.  Further, they should institute a real energy policy which places the emphasis on renewable resources and conservation.</description>
