Mesa, AZ – The Sun Villa Resort Community in Mesa, AZ will be sponsoring a 55+ open house on June 19th between 8-11:00 am. All tours, information about available services for seniors, and refreshments are free.
Formerly a vacation-only destination, Sun Villa Resort Community is now a year-round home to residents desiring all the amenities of the Fountain of the Sun Golf Resort, but without the responsibilities and challenges associated with home ownership.
Ready for immediate occupancy with zero deposit, the community offers 98 single-story rental homes, available for both short- and long-term use, starting at just $645 per month. Sunrise Management, which manages the property, also recently announced several resident incentives, including a month’s free rent and a rent freeze through yearend 2010.
The June 19th reception will have a wide range of free health-related information specifically for seniors, including hospice care, medical, dental and legal services, transportation options , moving into a new home.
